How do I book a stand?
Reserving space at Natural & Organic World is a straight forward matter. We try to keep unnecessary paperwork to a minium and ask simply that you download a booking form and post it the event office. Using block capitals please complete the enclosed booking form and send it to:

Stand Fees
Charges start at £40 per day and are in relation to the amount of space required - please see the booking form for full details.
Please Enclose Payment
If preferred this can be made with a post dated cheque (not later than the date of the show please). Alternatively you may also pay with debit or credit card.
Booking Policy
- Bookings are accepted on first come first served basis.
- Spaces may be limited in each category and consideration is given to creating a well-balanced and interesting exhibition.
- When an event becomes fully booked we operate a waiting list policy.
- Telephone and fax bookings are acceptable - but will only be honoured if followed by the booking form and payment within 3 days of the call.
- We do not allow stand sharing or sub-letting as this often gives rise to confusion.
