How are the events promoted?
The Natural & Organic World Shows benefit from an extensive publicity campanign including eye-catching advertisments throughout the local area.
Public Relations
A comprehensive PR campaign is already in place, usually resulting in local radio coverage as well as feature length articles, case studies and reader promotions in local press. It should be noted that exhibitors are often featured as part of the PR campaign, thus presenting editorial opportunities for participating businesses and organisations, especially those that book space early.
Outdoor Advertising
A far reaching distribution of poster sites, advertising hoardings and mobile units is undertaken. Importantly, this effort is backed up on the day with all important directional signage to the venue.
Local Press
Well placed newspaper adverts in forthcoming events sections together with local, regional and national Whats On listings.
In-store Merchandising
Our promotional staff work all over the region circulating promotional leaflets, posters, booklets etc. If you have a shop or know of any good outlets please ask us for some publicity material.
Online Marketing
An on-going program of initiatives including search engine optimisation, link exchanges, keyword programs and domain names is already in place.
Dedicated Event Website
www.organicfestivals.co.uk is the place to visit for all further information about the events. There are also sisiter sites such as www.allergyroadshow.com and www.boxscheme.org which also help contribute.
